Local Endpoint - Globus Connect Personal

Create a private collection on your own computer. Globus Connect Personal allows you to share and transfer files to and from your Mac/Linux/Windows laptop or desktop computer.

Go to Globus Connect Personal and select appropriate installer, download, and install.

Follow provided instruction, link Tufts account, and setup Globus Connect Personal. Create your local endpoint collection, e.g. “mycollection”.

Once successfully setup local endpoint with Globus Connect Personal, go to www.globus.org and click “Login” at the top of the page.

Click in the Collection field at the top of the File Manager page and find your personal local endpoint (e.g. “mycollection”).
