# Help with HPC

When requesting assistance with a compute job that did not complete successfully please provide the following information. 

For batch jobs
- JobID of the failed jobs
- Slurm job error log file

For interactive jobs
- JobID
- Node named you were running on
- Command run
- Error message you received
- Output of the `module list` command
